Diaduk-aduk sampai larut. Diamkan ditempat yang hangat selama 10 menit. sisihkan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan tepung teigu, garam kedalam sebuah mangkuk besar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Campurkan madu dan olive oil kedalam larutan ragi (nomor 1) aduk sampai tercampur rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Buat lubang ditengah-tengah bahan kering (nomor 2) Masukkan kedalamnya larutan ragi (nomor 3). Dicampur dan diaduk-aduk sampai adonan lembut dan sedikit lengket. Masukkan air hangat (sisa air yang sudah disiapkan tadi) kedalamnya sedikit demi sedikit, sampai tercampur rata dan konsistensinya tepat. (kalau kelebihan airnya nggak perlu dimasukkan semua airnya)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pindahkan adonan tersebut ke permukaan yang sudah ditaburi sedikit tepung supaya tidak lengket (bisa meja atau talenan), taburkan sedikit tepung di kedua tangan. Ulenin adonan selama 10 menit sampai halus.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lapisi sebuah mangkuk besar dengan sedikit minyak (sebaiknya pakai kuas)-mangkuknya harus cukup besar untuk memberi tempat adonan tersebut untuk berkembang (dua kali lipat ukuran sebelumnya) Letakkan adonan didalamnya, tutup mangkuk tersebut dengan kain yang bersih. Diamkan ditempat yang hangat selama 2 jam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Waktu adonannya sudah membesar dua kali ukuran semula, buka penutup, lalu ulenin kembali kurang lebih 1o menit sampai halus. Masukkan kuning telur satu persatu sambil dikocok terus, masukkan vanili. Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kocok putih telur sampai kaku. Masukkan ke dalam adonan, aduk rata. Setelah itu celupkan kedalam terlur kocok, ratakan dan lumuri lagi dengan tepung roti, ratakan. Tempatkan dalam wadah, tutup dengan selembar plastik dan simpan dalam lemari es lagi selama +/- 20 menit.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panaskan minyak goreng cukup banyak, goreng ayam bertepung hingga berwarna kecoklatan dan matang. Angkat, tiriskan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Untuk sausnya&lt;/span&gt;. Panaskan mentega ditambah sedikit olive oil (kalau ada), tumis bawang bombai hingga harum tambahkan cabai iris. Masukkan saus tomat dan tomat cincang, aduk-aduk hingga tomat layu, masukkan air jeruk nipis, masukkan kaldu ayam dan bumbu-bumbunya, aduk. Masak dengan api kecil hingga saus kental dan matang. Matikan apinya. Rebus makaroni dalam air mendidih yang diberi sedikit garam sampai lunak, kemudian tiriskan dan siram dengan air dingin, beri minyak sedikit biar nggak lengket. sisihkan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.
